Ingredients
  

For the Tacos
  • 12 pieces Soft or hard taco shells
  • 1 lb Ground beef, chicken, or plant-based protein For veggie tacos.
For the Guacamole
  • 2 pieces Ripe avocados Must be soft.
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice To taste.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1/4 cup Diced onions
For the Salsa
  • 2 pieces Fresh tomatoes Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro Optional.
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice To taste.
  • 1 piece JalapeƱo Optional, for spice.
For the Chips and Drinks
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips Perfect for dipping.
  • 2 cups Lime juice For margaritas.
  • 1/2 cup Simple syrup For margaritas.
  • 1.5 cups Tequila For margaritas.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the choice of meat (ground beef, chicken, or plant-based protein) and season with taco spices. Warm the taco shells.
  2. Mash ripe avocados in a bowl until creamy. Add lime juice, salt, and finely diced onions to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Chop fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Mix these ingredients with lime juice and jalapeƱos (if desired) to create salsa.
  4. Arrange tortilla chips on a serving platter.
  5. In a shaker, mix lime juice, simple syrup, and tequila with ice. Shake well and strain into glasses filled with ice.

Notes

Feel free to customize your taco bar with many toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, and pickled onions. You can also make a variety of salsas to elevate your spread.
