Preparation
- Cook the choice of meat (ground beef, chicken, or plant-based protein) and season with taco spices. Warm the taco shells.
- Mash ripe avocados in a bowl until creamy. Add lime juice, salt, and finely diced onions to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- Chop fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Mix these ingredients with lime juice and jalapeƱos (if desired) to create salsa.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a serving platter.
- In a shaker, mix lime juice, simple syrup, and tequila with ice. Shake well and strain into glasses filled with ice.
