  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well to coat the rhubarb evenly.
  3. If you are making a pie, pour the rhubarb mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for added flavor.
Baking
  1. Bake the dessert in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is bubbling and the rhubarb is tender.
  2. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
