Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Dipping
  1. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  2. Optional: Before the chocolate sets, add toppings like sprinkles or crushed nuts.
Cooling
  1. Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart to prevent sticking.
  2. Allow chocolates to harden, about 15-30 minutes at room temperature or faster in the fridge.
