  • 8 pieces Eggs
  • 8 slices beef Crispy cooked
  • 1 large Avocado Sliced
  • 4 slices Bread For toasting
  • 2 cups Fresh fruit Assorted
  • 4 cups Coffee To brew
  • 2 cups Orange juice

Method

  1. Begin by cooking the beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s crispy. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking, then remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
  2. Using the same skillet, whisk the eggs in a bowl and then scramble them over medium heat. Stir gently until the eggs are cooked to your liking, soft and fluffy.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, toast slices of bread in a toaster or on a grill until they reach your preferred level of crispness.
  4. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Cut it into slices and arrange them beautifully on the plate next to the toast. You can sprinkle a bit of salt or lemon juice for added flavor if desired.
  5. Serve the eggs alongside the crispy beef and toast, with fresh fruit arranged attractively on the side.
  6. Brew a pot of coffee and pour fresh orange juice into glasses to complete the meal.

Notes

Consider adding a light salad or sweet pastries to round out the brunch menu. Serve family-style or plated elegantly for a special touch.
