- Begin by cooking the beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s crispy. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking, then remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess grease.

- While the eggs are cooking, toast slices of bread in a toaster or on a grill until they reach your preferred level of crispness.
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Cut it into slices and arrange them beautifully on the plate next to the toast. You can sprinkle a bit of salt or lemon juice for added flavor if desired.
- Serve the eggs alongside the crispy beef and toast, with fresh fruit arranged attractively on the side.
- Brew a pot of coffee and pour fresh orange juice into glasses to complete the meal.
