Preparation
  1. Juice the lemons: Start by squeezing fresh lemons until you measure out 1/4 cup of juice. Be sure to strain the juice to remove any seeds.

  3. Emulsify the dressing: While continually whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until blended.

Notes

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake before serving to re-emulsify if separated.
