- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the minced beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 3 minutes until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve over cooked pasta or rice if desired. Optionally, add a sprinkle of cheese on top.
