Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the minced beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 3 minutes until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked pasta or rice if desired. Optionally, add a sprinkle of cheese on top.
