Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after removing it from the oven, then garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, let the chicken marinate in the seasoning for a few hours or overnight. Consider adding vegetables around the chicken for a complete meal.
