Preparation
- Place the chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
- On top of the chicken, add the drained black beans and corn.
- Add the jar of salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks directly in the pot.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
