Ingredients
  

Potato Salad Ingredients
  • 2 lbs potatoes Choose waxy potatoes for better texture.
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, diced Red or yellow onion works well.
  • 1 tsp salt To taste.
  • 1 tsp pepper To taste.
Coleslaw Ingredients
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage Green or a mix of green and purple.
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp seasonings Adjust to taste.
Grilled Corn Ingredients
  • 4 ears fresh corn Husk removed.
  • 4 tbsp butter Melted.
  • 1 tsp salt To taste.
Baked Beans Ingredients
  • 3 cans canned beans Drained.
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp seasonings Your choice.
Caprese Salad Ingredients
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella Sliced.
  • 4 medium tomatoes Sliced.
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves Whole.
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze For drizzling.
Chips and Dip Ingredients
  • 1 bag tortilla chips Your favorite brand.
  • 1-2 cups dips Salsa or guacamole.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, chop into pieces and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onions, salt, and pepper. Chill.
  2. Mix shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings in a separate bowl, then combine.
  3. Preheat grill for corn. Grill corn on all sides until charred, brush with melted butter and salt.
  4. In a pot, combine beans, onions, brown sugar, and seasonings. Heat over medium until warmed through.
  5. Layer mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil on a platter. Drizzle balsamic glaze.
  6. Serve tortilla chips with dips like salsa or guacamole.

Notes

For variations, consider adding pickles to potato salad, or fruits in coleslaw. Use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
