  • 2 cups Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini) Feel free to mix and match
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil (vegetable or canola) For greasing the griddle
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To season the meat
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To season the meat
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce or teriyaki sauce Optional for added flavor
  • 2 cloves Garlic Optional, minced
  • 2 cups Rice or noodles For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Add a little cooking oil to the griddle, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  3. Season your meat with salt and pepper, then add it to the griddle once hot.
  4. Cook the meat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped vegetables to the griddle and stir-fry until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. If desired, drizzle in some soy sauce or teriyaki sauce and toss everything to combine.
  7. Serve over rice or noodles.
