- Add sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and cilantro.
Notes
For extra heat, add sliced red chilies or a dash of chili powder to the marinade. You can substitute chicken with shrimp, beef, or tofu.
