Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika to create the marinade.
  3. Add the bite-sized steak pieces into the bowl and ensure they are well-coated with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Once hot, add the marinated steak bites in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using different marinades or spices. These steak bites can also be grilled for a smoky taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F covered with foil to maintain moisture.
