  • 1 medium Watermelon Cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 medium Cucumbers Sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Rinsed and dried
  • 2 cups Berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) Washed and served in a bowl
Dips and Accompaniments
  • 1 cup Hummus For dipping
  • 2 cups Pita chips As dippers
  • 1 cup Yogurt To serve with berries
  • 1/2 cup Granola Sprinkled on yogurt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and remove seeds.
  2. Slice cucumbers into rounds and arrange them on a platter.
  3. Rinse cherry tomatoes under cold water and dry them gently.
Assembly
  1. Serve the watermelon and cucumber slices alongside hummus and pita chips.
  2. Place the berries in a bowl and add yogurt, then sprinkle granola on top.
  3. Enjoy the beautiful assembly of summer snacks.
