Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Grilled chicken breasts Marinated for best flavor
  • 4 ears Corn on the cob Grill in husks or wrapped in foil
  • 1 cup Vegetable skewers (bell peppers, zucchini, onions) Use fresh seasonal vegetables
  • 4 pieces Burgers (beef or veggie) Cooked to preference
  • 4 pieces Hot dogs Standard grilling size
Marinade and Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil For marinade
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Add flavor to marinade
  • 1 tbsp Herbs (your choice) Fresh or dried for marinade
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce For serving
  • to taste Salt and pepper To season meats and vegetables

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of olive oil, minced garlic, and herbs for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare vegetable skewers by threading the bell peppers, zucchini, and onions onto skewers.
  4. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using to prevent burning.
Grilling
  1. Grill corn on the cob for 15-20 minutes until tender and charred.
  2. Cook burgers for 5-7 minutes per side, and hot dogs for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Add marinated chicken to the grill, cooking for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serving
  1. Serve grilled meats and vegetables hot with BBQ sauce and condiments.

Notes

Consider experimenting with different marinades and grilling fruits for a unique twist. Store leftovers properly for up to three days in the fridge.
