Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 pieces Steak
  • 4 pieces Vegetable skewers (bell peppers, zucchini, onions)
  • 4 pieces Corn on the cob
  • 4 pieces Burgers (beef or veggie)
Marinade and Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs (thyme, rosemary, etc.), fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Buns and Condiments
  • 6 pieces Buns (for burgers)
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo) To taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat for optimal cooking.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts and steak with a mix of olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh herbs. Let the meat soak up the flavor for at least 30 minutes, or longer for better results.
  3. While the meat marinates, prepare vegetable skewers by threading bell peppers, zucchini, and onions onto skewers. Lightly season them with salt and pepper to enhance their natural flavors.
Grilling
  1. Once your grill is ready, place the chicken, steak, and vegetable skewers on it. Grill each item for about 6-8 minutes per side, cooking until they reach their desired doneness.
  2. Don’t forget the corn! Grill the corn on the cob until it’s charred and has lovely grill marks—about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
  3. For the burgers, shape your beef or veggie patties and grill them for about 4-5 minutes on each side; add cheese if you desire.
Serving
  1. When everything is cooked to perfection, serve hot on buns with your choice of condiments, and enjoy the delicious results!

Notes

Experiment with marinades and grilled fruits for added flavors. Use skewers for fun presentations and adjust cooking times based on meat thickness.
