Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients to ensure you have everything at hand.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cooked chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, chopped parsley, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. In a separate small bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasonings to taste.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture in the large bowl and gently toss all the ingredients until well coated.
