Preparation
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Toss everything together so the beef is well coated.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, add vegetable oil and heat it over medium-high. Once it’s hot, add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, usually about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, sliced bell peppers, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked noodles and drizzle with sesame oil. Toss everything together gently until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
