  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Preparation
  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Ensure your smoker is clean and ready for use to prevent any off-flavors.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
Smoking
  1. Place the wings on the smoker rack, ensuring they are spaced out evenly.
  2. Smoke the wings for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  3. If desired, toss the wings in some BBQ sauce just before serving.

Notes
