Preparation
  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful rub.
  3. Rub the mixture generously all over the chicken breasts.
  4. Soak the wood chips in water for about 30 minutes, then drain.
  5. Place the soaked wood chips in the smoker's tray or box.
  6. Arrange the chicken breasts on the grill grates.
Cooking
  1. Smoke the chicken for about 1.5 to 2 hours, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Once cooked, remove chicken from the smoker and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Experiment with different marinades or dry rubs and types of wood chips for unique flavors. Serving with barbecue sauce or tangy yogurt dressing enhances the taste.
