Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, ensuring an even coat.
Searing
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Slow Cooking
  1. Transfer the seared chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle any additional seasonings over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and incredibly tender.
Serving

Notes

For variations, add vegetables for a one-pot meal, or different herbs/spices for different flavor profiles. Chicken can also be cooked on high for 2-3 hours if short on time.
