Consider adding spices like cumin, paprika, or chili powder for extra flavor. Save the cooking liquid to use in soups, stews, or sauces. This method works for turkey or pork as well—just adjust the cooking time. For frozen chicken, increase the cooking time to 15-18 minutes.
