Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the ribeye steaks dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
Cooking the Steaks
  1. Carefully add the steaks to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  2. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer while stirring constantly.
  3. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Serving
  1. Slice the rested steaks against the grain and serve topped with the creamy garlic sauce, finished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider marinating the steaks before cooking. Add herbs like thyme or rosemary in the garlic sauce. Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
