Preparation
  1. Begin by shredding or chopping the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces. Remove any skin if you prefer a lighter dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced vegetables until they become tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked rice or pasta to the skillet. Mix in the cream of chicken soup until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken, seasoning with salt, pepper, and any herbs or spices you choose. Mix until combined.
  5. Allow the mixture to heat through, then sprinkle cheese on top. Cover the skillet until the cheese melts.

Notes
