  • 1 pound ground beef Cooked until browned
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For serving
  • Tortilla chips For dipping

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the undrained Rotel, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well.
  3. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is completely melted and everything is well combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until it melts completely for a smooth consistency.
  5. Serve immediately while warm, alongside tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes

For added heat, consider including jalapeƱos or diced habaneros. You can also substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
