- Add the undrained Rotel, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well.

- Gradually mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until it melts completely for a smooth consistency.
- Serve immediately while warm, alongside tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
For added heat, consider including jalapeƱos or diced habaneros. You can also substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
