Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary. Rub the mixture thoroughly to coat the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and surround it with diced potatoes and green beans.
- Add pats of butter and thinly sliced lemon on top of the chicken.
Cooking
- Roast in the oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should read 165°F or 75°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before carving.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
