Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary. Rub the mixture thoroughly to coat the chicken.
  3. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and surround it with diced potatoes and green beans.
  4. Add pats of butter and thinly sliced lemon on top of the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should read 165°F or 75°C).
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before carving.
