Cooking
- Place the chicken on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Baste with additional peri peri sauce halfway through cooking if desired for extra flavor.
- Once cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh cilantro and serving.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Adjust spice levels by choosing mild or hot peri peri sauce. Can pair with various sides such as rice or salads.
