  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks Skin-on drumsticks preferred for crispiness.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Fresh herbs for garnish Such as thyme or rosemary.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Whisk to blend.
  4. Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss them in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Place the coated drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each piece.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown.
  3. Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavors, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Experiment with additional spices and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
