  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme (if using) until it forms a paste.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  5. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Slice and serve as desired.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning for at least an hour. Feel free to add vegetables to the baking sheet for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
