  • 1 piece onion, sliced Yellow or white onion works best.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh or frozen can be used.
Seasoning and Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with other oils if preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Smoked paprika adds a nice flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, and broccoli.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything until the chicken and vegetables are well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
