Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce Washed and chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber Sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1/2 cup Olives Black or green
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini Peppers Sliced
  • 1 cup Homemade Croutons For added texture
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing Zesty dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Slice the olives, pepperoncini peppers, and red onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber. Add all these ingredients to the bowl with the romaine lettuce.
Mixing
  1. Gently mix the salad ingredients to combine them evenly.
  2. Scatter homemade croutons over the mixed salad.
  3. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss the salad again to ensure everything is well coated.
Serving
  1. Serve your freshly made salad on its own or alongside your favorite meal.

Notes

For a heartier salad, add grilled chicken or beans. Store dressing separately if making ahead to keep the salad fresh.
