Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about ¾ inch thick.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Baking
- Spread the mayo mixture generously over the top of each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Optionally, sprinkle paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake uncovered for approximately 35 to 45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the outside is golden.
- Let the chicken rest for about five minutes before serving.
Notes
Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze individual portions for up to three months.
