  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (optional for topping) Adds an extra flavor boost.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about ¾ inch thick.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Baking
  1. Spread the mayo mixture generously over the top of each chicken breast.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Optionally, sprinkle paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
  3. Bake uncovered for approximately 35 to 45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the outside is golden.
  4. Let the chicken rest for about five minutes before serving.

Notes

Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze individual portions for up to three months.
