Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts into a lightly greased baking dish and spread the yogurt mixture evenly over each piece.
Baking
- Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and slightly bubbly.
Serving
- Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley or chives on top. Serve with sides like rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
Notes
Feel free to add spices like thyme or rosemary, use different cheeses, or substitute half the yogurt with cream cheese for a richer topping.
