For the chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Ensure they are of even thickness for uniform cooking.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them well.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If grilling, place the marinated chicken on the grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. If baking, place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Check for doneness using a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
Finishing Touch
  1. Once cooked, remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
