- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice over the chicken and allow everything to simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat over low heat, adding a splash of water or broth to keep it moist.
