- In a bowl, mix the sliced fruits with a little sugar and a splash of vanilla extract, letting them sit for about 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, crush the shortbread cookies or graham crackers until they reach a coarse consistency.
Assembly
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the marinated fruits first.
- Add a generous layer of whipped cream, followed by a layer of the crushed cookies.
- Repeat the layering process until you reach the top of your serving container, finishing off with a dollop of whipped cream on the very top.
Chilling
- Chill the assembled dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
