Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by heating the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, allowing it to warm up.
  2. Slice the Kielbasa into thick pieces and add it to the hot skillet. Cook until the sausage is browned, approximately 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
  3. Next, add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté these vegetables until softened, which should take about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and sprinkle in the paprika, cooking for an additional minute to release their flavors.
  5. Pour in the diced tomatoes, including their juices, and season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a touch of color and freshness.

Notes

You can add vegetables like zucchini or corn for extra nutrition. For a kick, consider adding red pepper flakes. Serve with rice or quinoa for a fulfilling meal.
