  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch fresh basil for garnish
  • 4 slices toasted bread for bruschetta
  • 2 medium diced tomatoes for bruschetta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Main Course
  • 1 box pasta your choice
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing for salad
Dessert
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 1 cup coffee, brewed for dipping
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for dusting
Drinks
  • 1 bottle Limoncello chilled
Antipasto Platter
  • 1 cup salami slices
  • 1 cup cheese, assorted
  • 1/2 cup pickled vegetables

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare Caprese Skewers by slicing cherry tomatoes in half and threading them onto toothpicks along with mozzarella balls. Garnish with fresh basil.
  2. Make Bruschetta by combining diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and chopped basil in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Spoon the mixture onto toasted bread slices.
  3. Cook Pasta for Salad according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and toss with olives, diced bell peppers, and Italian dressing.
  4. Assemble an Antipasto Platter by arranging slices of salami, assorted cheeses, olives, and pickled vegetables on a tray.
  5. Prepare Tiramisu by dipping ladyfingers in freshly brewed coffee and layering them with mascarpone cheese and dusting cocoa powder on top.
  6. Serve chilled Limoncello in small glasses.
