- Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded chicken tenders for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and hot sauce over low heat, stirring until warmed and well-blended.
- Drain the fried chicken tenders on paper towels and drizzle with hot honey sauce before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, bake the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes instead of frying. Can customize with different seasonings.
