For the Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenders Fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko or regular
For the Hot Honey Sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce Adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the breaded chicken tenders for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine honey and hot sauce over low heat, stirring until warmed and well-blended.
  4. Drain the fried chicken tenders on paper towels and drizzle with hot honey sauce before serving.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes instead of frying. Can customize with different seasonings.
