- Preheat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: mix flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the first bowl; pour beaten eggs in the second bowl; and spread breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
Breading and Frying
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the hot oil without overcrowding the pan. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the cooked tenders and let them drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
