Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onions for about 5-7 minutes until the onions are translucent and the beef is cooked through.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder, and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, roll them tightly, and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce over the filled tortillas, ensuring they are well-covered, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the oven and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
