Ingredients
  

Meats and Seafood
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts High in protein, low in fat
  • 1 pound Beef steak
  • 1 pound Shrimp
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Bell peppers Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants
  • 2 cups Zucchini Low in calories and a good source of fiber
  • 1 ear Corn
  • 1 medium Onion
Seasonings and Oils
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil For marinating and brushing on the grill
  • to taste Salt Essential seasoning
  • to taste Pepper Essential seasoning
  • 1 cup Marinade mix A mix of yogurt and spices can be used
  • 2 teaspoons Grilling spices (cumin, paprika, garlic powder, or rosemary) Use your preferred spices

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375-450°F).
  2. Marinate your meat and vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of spices for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Place the marinated ingredients on the grill in a single layer.
  2. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side until you see grill marks and ensure the internal temperature is safe.
  3. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Experiment with different marinades for varied flavors.
