Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it's hot enough for a great sear.
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-covered.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight in the fridge. Various seasonings and herbs can be used for variety, and you can try stuffing with ingredients like spinach or mozzarella for pinwheels.
