Preparation
- Chill the Grapico in the fridge for a few hours.
- Pour half a can of sweetened condensed milk into the ice cream maker's canister.
- Slowly add the chilled Grapico while gently stirring to prevent excessive fizz.
Churning
- Insert the canister into the ice cream maker and churn for 20–30 minutes.
- It's ready when it has thickened to a soft-serve consistency.
Serving
- Serve immediately for soft serve or transfer to a container and freeze for a few hours for firmer ice cream.
Notes
Keep the soda cold to minimize foam. Store in an airtight container and let it soften for 5-10 minutes before scooping if it hardens too much.
