Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 2-liter bottle Grapico soda (cold) Chill before using to reduce foam.
  • 6 ounces sweetened condensed milk About half a can.
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 splash vanilla extract For added warmth.
  • 1 cup crushed cookies For texture.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Fun add-in.
  • 1 cup grape jelly For swirling.

Method

Preparation
  1. Chill the Grapico in the fridge for a few hours.
  2. Pour half a can of sweetened condensed milk into the ice cream maker's canister.
  3. Slowly add the chilled Grapico while gently stirring to prevent excessive fizz.
Churning
  1. Insert the canister into the ice cream maker and churn for 20–30 minutes.
  2. It's ready when it has thickened to a soft-serve consistency.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately for soft serve or transfer to a container and freeze for a few hours for firmer ice cream.

Notes

Keep the soda cold to minimize foam. Store in an airtight container and let it soften for 5-10 minutes before scooping if it hardens too much.
