Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the beef, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll them up.
- Place the rollups on a baking sheet and brush them with melted garlic butter.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze for up to two months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
