Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until it's thoroughly browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once the beef is browned, add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and aromatic.
Building the Flavor
  1. Stir in the diced tomatoes with their juices, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cover and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
