Ingredients
  

Coleslaw
  • 1 head shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cup coleslaw dressing
Potato Salad
  • 2 pounds boiled potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup chopped onions
Baked Beans
  • 2 cans canned baked beans
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup optional onions or spices for extra flavor
Corn on the Cob
  • 4 ears fresh corn cobs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Grilled Vegetables
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, zucchini, asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Macaroni Salad
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 teaspoon seasonings salt and pepper
Deviled Eggs
  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for garnish

Method
 

Coleslaw Preparation
  1. Shred fresh cabbage and carrots, and mix them with your favorite coleslaw dressing in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Potato Salad Preparation
  1. Boil peeled and cubed potatoes until tender, then mix with mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped onions. Chill in the fridge for an hour.
Baked Beans Preparation
  1. Heat canned baked beans in a saucepan, stir in barbecue sauce and optional cooked onions or spices.
Corn on the Cob Preparation
  1. Boil corn for 5-7 minutes. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
Grilled Vegetables Preparation
  1. Toss assorted vegetables in olive oil, season, and grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Macaroni Salad Preparation
  1. Boil elbow macaroni, drain, and rinse with cold water. Mix with mayonnaise, diced celery, and seasonings. Refrigerate before serving.
Deviled Eggs Preparation
  1. Boil eggs, cool and cut in half. Mix yolks with mayonnaise and mustard, spoon back into whites, and sprinkle with paprika.
