  2. In the bowl with the yolks, mash them with the mayonnaise and mustard until you achieve a smooth consistency, ensuring there are no lumps.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the flavors to your liking.
  4. Using a spoon or pastry bag, carefully fill the hollowed egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika over the filled eggs before serving.

Notes

You can mix in sour cream for more creaminess or add cayenne pepper for heat. Top with fresh herbs or bacon bits for variation.
