  • 0.5 cup Simple syrup For sweetness in Mint Juleps.
  • 2 cups Spirits (vodka, bourbon, etc.) Your choice for Mint Juleps.
  • 2 cups Crushed ice To serve Mint Juleps.
Appetizers
  • 6 pieces Eggs For deviled eggs.
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise For deviled eggs.
  • 1 tbsp Mustard For deviled eggs.
  • 1 tsp Mixed spices For seasoning deviled eggs.
  • 1 lb Mini burger patties (beef, chicken, or vegetarian) For sliders.
  • 10 pieces Mini burger buns For sliders.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese For pimento cheese.
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese For pimento cheese.
  • 5 oz Pimentos For pimento cheese.
  • 1 tsp Spices For pimento cheese.
  • 5 cups Fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers) For vegetable platter.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Muddle fresh mint leaves in a glass, add spirit and simple syrup, and top with crushed ice for Mint Juleps.
  2. Boil eggs, peel, and slice in half. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and spices, then refill egg whites.
  3. Grill mini burger patties, then assemble sliders with mini buns.
  4. Combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and pimentos in a bowl for the pimento cheese.
  5. Slice and arrange fresh vegetables for a platter.
  6. Bake brownies and cupcakes, and decorate the cupcakes with frosting.
Assembly
  1. Set up tables, decorations, and a buffet style serving for guests.

Notes

Consider allowing guests to customize sliders and provide non-alcoholic drink options. Store leftovers in airtight containers.
