Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  3. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until fully cooked and tender.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot using two forks, mixing it with the juices.
  6. Serve the shredded chicken in tacos, salads, wraps, or meal bowls.

Notes

Store leftover shredded chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat gently with a splash of broth or water.
