Preparation
- Begin by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a separate pot.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, shred it directly in the crockpot using two forks.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti until everything is well combined.
- If desired, top with shredded cheese and cover for an additional 5-10 minutes until melted.
Notes
Customize with additional vegetables or different proteins. For easier storage, let leftovers cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months.
